The shopping complex has about 800,000 square meters, and has unique restaurants and cafes, a boutique cinema and elegant bars located on the roof of the building. Within this project were installed 24 elevators with a weight between 1000 and 2500 kg, speed 1.0m/s and 1.6m/s.

Opened in July 2017, the IKEA complex is located in Sheffield Road, Tinsley and offers a wide range of high quality products, well designed and accessible to all people. IKEA Sheffield was alarge-scale project in which 12 elevators from 1600 to 5000 kg, speed 1.0 m/s were installed, predominating freight elevators.
Located in the heart of Oxford, Primark Westgate Oxford is characterized by style, quality and affordability. The new destination is unique in the variety of styles both for the home and in clothing. The Westgate project included the installation of 4 elevators of 2000 kg, 3 stations and 1.0 m/s.
FC Stadium Expansion was another project in England. It is located in Anfield, Liverpool, being the sixth largest stadium in England. Within this project were installed 6 elevators, 3 of them with VIP cabin, with capacities of 1600 kg, from 2 to 7 stations, speed 1.00 m/s and 2.00 m/s.
Gothia Towers was the most important project in Sweden, being the largest hotel in the Nordic countries. Gothia Towers is part of the Swedish Congress Center. The building includes public halls, accommodation facilities and offices. Within this work were installed 12 elevators, 2 of them panoramic of 1250 kg, with 22 stations, speed, 3.50 m/s.

Three Park Place has set the benchmark in the development of the work environment, in its improvement and in the creation of optimal conditions at work. The Dawson Street complex is an office building that reproduces the contemporary style and maximum flexibility in terms of modernizing the employee's life within the company and offering the most favorable conditions at work. Within this project, the elevators with a weight between 1125 and 4000 kg, speed 1.00 m/s and 2.00 m/s were the most. The elevators presented special options such as the 5th slide with rope locking system.

Belgrade Gallery is a luxury complex with blocks of flats, offices, shops and a 200 m tower, the whole complex being located on the banks of the Sava River in Belgrade. Within this project were installed escalators (type, minimum technical characteristics, etc.).
BEO Shopping Center is a shopping center located in Belgrade, with a total area of over 130,000 square meters, offering spaces for shops, cinemas, supermarkets, children's playgrounds and restaurants. Within this project were installed escalators (type, minimum technical characteristics, etc.).
Unique Building Iasi is an office building with 6 levels of underground parking, 110 parking spaces, 9 floors and over 4300 sqm of leasable area. Within the project were installed 29 parking elevators with a lifting capacity of the platform of 2500 kg. These parking devices allow the intelligent storage of 2 cars in a single parking space, thus doubling the parking facilities at no construction cost.
